Kurusadi Island is situated to the west of Pamban bridge. It is a marine biosphere, a paradise for marine biologists and Nature lovers. It is about 4 kms from Mandapam. Plenty of coral reefs, and marine life like dolphins, sea cows or dugong can be seen in this island.
